  • 4/19/2025: Twin Lakes CO 82 Resurfacing Project - Please be advised that there is a road resurfacing project planned for this summer, starting on April 21st, that will impact traffic from the intersection of Hwy 24 and CO 82 through approximately one mile east of the village. Expect delays of up to 20 minutes, speed limit reductions, and lane closures as needed.   • 6/28/2024: **UPDATE** SAME TIME DIFFERENT LOCATION: The Board of Directors will be meeting Sunday, June 30th at 10:00am Mountain Time at the Noel/Grady residence (649 EE Hill). Owners are welcome to attend and provide their comments.
  • 5/29/2024: The Annual Membership Meeting is planned for Saturday, July 13th at 10:00am Mountain Time on the ETLOA lot at the corner of County Road 10 and Reva Ridge Road. The meeting will be outdoors - so bring camp chairs and sunscreen! A picnic will be held after the meeting, with the ETLOA providing food and drink. Hope to see you there!

  • 7/3/2023: NOTICE OF CHANGE TO 2023 MEETING LOCATION: The annual member meeting this year on Saturday, July 8th will take place at a new location - bring your camp chairs to the community-owned property at the southern corner of Cty Rd 10 and Reva Ridge Road.
  • 6/7/2023: A general membership meeting is planned for Saturday, July 8th, 2023 starting at 10:00 AM Mountain Time on Rainbow Drive in our community and will be an in-person meeting with a picnic to follow. The Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 18th at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the Jurich residence (10013 Otelia Lane), and owners are welcome to attend. You should receive your annual letter (along with a reminder on any past years' dues owed, if applicable) this week - and a copy of the member letter has been posted on the website. If you don't receive your letter by mid-June please reach out to the HOA board at board@etloa.org or contact one of the board members individually to make sure your address is correct in our files.

  • 6/18/2020: This year's annual membership meeting has been moved to a virtual (online or by phone) meeting on Tuesday, July 14th at 4:00pm Mountain Time. The Board of Directors meeting will also be virtual, and will be held on Tuesday. June 30th at 4:00pm Mountain Time. Please see the annual letter for details on how to join either/both of these meetings. Election of Board members will be completed for two Board positions – a replacement for Dennis Couture who resigned last fall and one other open position. Proposed changes to the Association Covenants will be presented for a membership vote to approve them.

Proposed changes to the Association By-Laws and Covenants will be presented for a membership vote to accept them.
